The customer has chosen a look and wants to pay. If you sell as a NUSFACE agent, you remain the customer’s seller: you agree on the offer, set your retail price, collect their payment and keep in touch with them. You then place and pay for the corresponding order with NUSFACE. Our team confirms the product requirements and handles the agreed production or supply, direct dispatch and after-sales support. Those are two connected transactions, so the details must match before you promise the customer a finished wig or a delivery date.
Confirm the offer you are selling
The first conversation may begin with a photo. By the time someone is ready to buy, “the blonde one” is not enough to identify an order. Record the length, texture, cap or lace construction and the color direction the customer expects. If they care about a dark root, a bright face frame or the amount of blonde through the back, say so. Keep the reference photo with the notes, and identify anything still open.
That is where the first-inquiry guide leaves off. Before taking a final order, send the open questions to the NUSFACE business team. A displayed style can be a starting point, but another length, lace or color placement needs its own confirmation. For a custom order, agree on a written brief and quote for the configuration you will sell. A reference image alone is not a color guarantee.

Keep the two payments clear
Your customer pays the retail price you agree with them, subject to the channel and pricing terms in your agency agreement. You then pay NUSFACE the agreed supply price and applicable freight. The entry-level arrangement is nonexclusive, and the difference between retail and supply prices is not automatically profit: payment fees, finding customers and services you provide have costs. Decide what your offer includes before quoting, especially if you provide fitting or styling yourself.
Do not forward a supplier reference price as though it were a final customer quote. The product specification, your retail offer and the amount due to NUSFACE should each be recorded. If the customer changes the length or color direction after asking for a price, confirm the revised specification and quote before collecting a final payment or placing the order.
Pass one usable order to NUSFACE
Send the approved specifications and reference images, the recipient and destination details needed for the agreed dispatch, and any unanswered question that could change the product. NUSFACE can then confirm what it will supply and how the order will be fulfilled. You should be able to compare that confirmation with the offer you made to your customer; a mismatch is easier to resolve before production or dispatch than after delivery.
NUSFACE offers agents agreed one-piece direct dispatch and after-sales support. The destination, shipping charges and exceptions belong in the agent and order terms. Do not promise free shipping to every address or a fixed arrival date on the strength of “direct dispatch.” For a custom wig, NUSFACE normally prepares the order for dispatch in 3–7 days after the color brief and payment are confirmed. Transit is a separate stage, and the actual timing must be confirmed for the order.
Your customer relationship remains yours. Tell the buyer what has been confirmed and update them if a specification or delivery arrangement changes. The NUSFACE team supports the supply and fulfillment side; it does not replace your responsibility to answer the person who bought from you.
When the customer comes back with a problem
Start with what they received and what is wrong: a clear description, photos of the relevant area and the order details. For a product-quality issue, contact the NUSFACE business team for the agreed after-sales process before offering a remedy on its behalf. Keep the customer informed while the issue is reviewed. Do not promise an unconditional return for a custom order or treat the agency deposit as a refund guarantee for the customer.
For hand-painted balayage wigs, NUSFACE’s confirmed return and exchange protection can run up to three months from receipt, subject to its product-condition rules. Normal try-on is allowed, but the wig must remain undamaged, with lace uncut and without washing, coloring or other alteration. This protection should not be presented as an unconditional refund or extended to other human hair wigs and accessories whose terms have not been confirmed. Ask the business team to explain the applicable terms before you publish a customer-facing return promise.
Ask for the agent arrangement before you sell under it
The entry-level plan provides borrowed display samples, online product training, one-to-one sales guidance and authorized brand materials, with agreed supply and direct dispatch support. Joining involves a deposit covering the cooperation and display samples. Its return depends on the exit procedure, sample inspection and settlement of outstanding obligations; it is separate from product after-sales protection. There are several plan options, and you can discuss a suitable level directly. Review the support, permitted product range and written terms for your chosen plan. The agency guide explains the entry-level sample and exit commitments.
If you have a buyer ready to order, bring the reference image, the details you have agreed with the customer and the questions that remain. If you are considering becoming an agent, tell us how you reach customers and which products you expect to show. Contact the NUSFACE business team or start on WhatsApp.
