You can sell wigs without filling a room with finished stock. Under NUSFACE’s agency model, you use display samples from an agreed plan, find and serve your own customers, set your selling offer and collect their payment. You then place and pay for the corresponding order with NUSFACE. The samples help people see the product; they are not saleable inventory. The entry-level agreement involves a deposit covering the cooperation and display samples, with conditions for its return. Starting without finished stock still involves a financial commitment.
What you show before you sell
A photo can introduce a color, but a sample lets a customer look at the hair, parting, lace and how the shade changes across the wig. The entry-level plan provides 10 different wig samples on loan for showing, try-on and promotion. They remain company property and are not gifts. Sample selection and the products you may sell must be confirmed for your plan; the display set does not by itself define the authorized color range.
Keep those pieces for display and do not cut, color or resell them without authorization. Under the entry-level exit procedure, give the business team 10 working days of written notice, stop using the brand and promotional materials, and return all samples for inspection. The deposit is settled after inspection and outstanding obligations are resolved. Damage or missing pieces can lead to deductions or an amount to make up. Returning the samples does not mean every order, shipping or other expense is refunded. Ask for the inspection criteria, applicable charges and refund processing period in writing before joining.

The customer relationship is yours
An agent finds customers, answers the first questions and learns which details matter to each person. When someone sends a wig photo, start with what caught their eye: the darker root, the brighter pieces near the face, the length or the shape. Our first customer inquiry guide shows how to turn that answer into a useful request without guessing a lace size or promising an exact color from one screen image.
You set your own retail price and collect the customer’s payment. NUSFACE quotes you for the specified product and applicable freight under your agency terms. The entry-level arrangement is nonexclusive. Your return comes from product sales, and the difference between the retail and supply prices still has to cover your selling expenses and order costs. Make the customer offer after the product, price and delivery scope are clear enough to stand behind it.
When your customer is ready to order
Bring NUSFACE the customer’s reference, the details already agreed with them and the questions still open. Our team can help confirm the color direction, hair texture, length and construction, then provide the order quote. Once the brief and payment are confirmed, NUSFACE prepares the product and handles the agreed fulfillment. You pay NUSFACE for that order; your customer continues to buy from you.
Single-piece direct shipping is available under the agency arrangement. Before promising it to a buyer, confirm the destination, packaging, freight and any taxes or extra charges in the written order terms. For a custom order, preparation for dispatch usually takes 3–7 days after the color brief and payment are confirmed; transit is separate. The actual schedule belongs in the quote for that order.
What happens if the customer has a problem?
Keep talking to your customer and bring the issue to the NUSFACE business team. NUSFACE provides after-sales support under the agreed arrangement; the agent remains the customer’s point of contact. A clear photo and order reference help the team understand whether the question concerns color, fit, construction or shipping. For balayage wig product orders, including custom and bulk orders, buyers and customers of reseller partners can request a return or exchange within three months of receiving the wig if the color or fit is not right after a normal try-on. Keep the wig in its original condition: unwashed, uncut, not permed or dyed, and undamaged, with the lace uncut. As the agent, contact your NUSFACE partnership team with the order details and obtain return instructions before sending the wig back. Product-quality issues follow the agreement’s after-sales policy. These product returns are handled separately from your agency deposit and display-sample settlement.
Every partnership level includes comprehensive product and sales training. For the entry-level plan, support includes online training, one-to-one sales guidance and brand photos, catalogs and videos for authorized promotional use. These tools can help you explain a wig you did not make yourself. Ask what your chosen plan covers and which additional arrangements or charges apply; an optional training camp or overseas coach should not be assumed to be included. You still need to find customers and follow through after a sale.
If this way of selling fits your customer base, review the reseller partnership and ask our team which plan covers the samples, colors, support and order handling you need. Review the deposit, sample use, return inspection, settlement and fulfillment terms before committing. Other levels and regional arrangements need their own written terms.
