Can I order only one wig?
Yes. MOQ is 1 piece, so you can verify color, lace and construction before planning a larger order.
What specifications are available?
Lengths: 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28 inches. Lace: 5×5, 13×4 or 13×6. Standard density: 180%. Hair: Superior Raw Hair.
Can you match my own balayage reference?
Yes. Send us your reference and tell us which colors and details you love. We will confirm the color direction with you before production. You also have three months from delivery to request a return or exchange if you are not happy with the color or wig size, with the wig kept in its original condition. See return conditions →
What if I do not like the color or wig size?
If the color is not right for you or the fit feels wrong after a normal try-on, you can request a return or exchange within three months of receiving your wig. Keep it in its original condition: unwashed, uncut, not permed or dyed, and undamaged.
Can I try the wig on before deciding?
Yes. Normal try-on is allowed. Keep the wig and lace uncut, and do not wash, perm, dye or damage the wig if you may wish to return it.
How do reorders stay consistent?
Your approved color and construction details are retained with the order record so the factory can work from the same specification in the next round.
