If you are considering a wig partnership and your answer is “I’ll think about it,” the next conversation should help you resolve what is still unclear. You might be comfortable finding customers but uncertain about product knowledge. You might understand the selling role but need a clearer picture of the deposit and samples. Those are different questions, and they deserve different answers.
A useful follow-up brings you the information you asked for. Another catalog does little to explain an unanswered fee or responsibility. Before the next conversation, identify the point that would change your decision.
Start with the work you would actually do
In the NUSFACE reseller model, the agent finds and maintains their own customers, handles the customer-facing sale and collects the retail payment. NUSFACE supplies the product and supports the order under the agreed arrangement. Product training and guidance help you learn; they do not supply the customers for you.
Think about an ordinary week rather than an ideal first sale. Who could you speak with? How would you show the products? Would you have time to answer questions and keep a customer informed while an order is being confirmed? You do not need to invent a sales forecast to consider those practical demands.
If the role itself is unclear, the guide to NUSFACE’s wig-agent model explains the division of work. If your concern is whether you can learn the product, make that the subject of your next conversation.
Ask about support in a situation you can recognize
“What training do I get?” is a reasonable starting question. A more useful version describes where you expect to need help: “A customer likes a photo but asks about the lace and length. What should I be able to explain, and how would I get guidance if I am unsure?”
That gives the business team something specific to answer. Under the initial agreement, support includes online product training, one-to-one sales guidance and authorized brand materials. Ask how the support in your proposed plan would handle the situation you raised, and which additional charges, if any, apply. Do not assume every course, remote session or service is included simply because training is mentioned.
You can also ask to see the materials you would be authorized to use. This helps you understand what you could show a customer and what you would still need to learn. An image or catalog is useful sales support; it does not replace the ability to explain the product accurately.
Review the commitment as carefully as the opportunity
The initial arrangement involves borrowed display samples and a deposit subject to the agreement’s return and settlement conditions. Samples are not gifts or unrestricted resale stock. Their ownership, permitted use and return condition matter before you accept them.
Ask for the current written terms, then read the parts that affect your decision: what payment is required, what it covers, how samples may be used, and what happens if you leave. If a cost, deduction or refund detail is unclear, ask about that exact point. A verbal reassurance that a deposit is refundable does not explain the conditions under which it is returned.
Keep the joining commitment separate from an individual customer order. Product cost, freight and retail pricing are part of the order discussion; they do not tell you what money or work is required to join. Neither a price difference nor the partnership itself guarantees sales or profit.
Agree on a follow-up that has a purpose
For example, you might tell the team: “I want to review the sample-use and exit terms first. Please send the current agreement, then we can speak after I have read it.” That makes the next contact useful: there is a particular document and question to discuss.
If you need an answer before deciding, the follow-up should return with that answer or explain what is still being checked. If you simply need time, you can say when another conversation would help—or that you do not want a reminder. Repeated messages do not make an unresolved term clearer.
You can contact the NUSFACE business team about reseller cooperation with the question you want to resolve. The goal is to understand the work and commitment well enough to decide whether the arrangement fits you.
