Which parts of the reference matter to you?

Point out the root depth, warmth or coolness, lighter sections and styling you want. Mark anything you want to change.

Lighting and styling affect how a photo looks. A note such as “keep the dark root, soften the front” gives us more to work with than a color name alone.

    Confirm the specifications, price and shipping terms before payment.

  3. Prepare your order

    Usually 3–7 days to prepare shipment after specifications and payment are confirmed.

  4. Receive & check

    Small U.S. orders: usually 4–7 days in transit. Check the piece on arrival.

  5. Plan the next order

    Share your sample review and the changes for your next order.

Preparation and transit are separate. Your quote confirms the timing and shipping terms for the specific order.

What to send and confirm
Send your idea
A photo or reference name is enough to begin. Add the changes you want, sample quantity, destination and target budget.
Agree the details
We clarify color, length, lace and any finishing work. Review the written brief, price and delivery terms before payment.
Make the sample
Production follows the agreed brief. Usually 3–7 days to prepare shipment after the brief and payment are confirmed.
Receive & check
Small U.S. orders usually take 4–7 days in transit via FedEx or DHL. Compare the received piece with your agreed specifications.
Plan the next order
Tell us what worked and what to adjust. Confirm the next quantity, specifications, price and timing before ordering again.

3-month returns & exchanges

Try on your wig and see the color for yourself. Not happy with the color or the wig size? You can request a return or exchange within three months of delivery. Keep the wig in its original condition.
