1. Scope and business use

This website is operated for business buyers by Guangdong Nusface Network Technology Co., Ltd. NUSFACE supplies hand-painted balayage wigs for salons, wig stores, wholesalers, stylists and brands. Website information supports an inquiry; it is not a retail checkout or a final sales contract.

2. Products, specifications and references

Finished color pages and catalog images are production references, not fixed inventory promises. A buyer may brief root depth, ribbon placement, tone, length, lace and density. Current standard reference specifications include Superior Raw Hair, 20–28 inch lengths, 5×5 or 13×4 lace and 180% density.

Screen settings, lighting, hair variation and hand-painted work can affect how color appears. The written quote and approved brief define the intended direction for an order.

3. Quotes, orders, pricing and payment

Website prices are starting references. The final price depends on the confirmed color brief, construction, length, lace, quantity, packaging requirements and shipping destination. An order begins only after the buyer accepts the written quote or order confirmation and completes the agreed payment step.

Current payment methods may include PayPal, credit card and T/T. The written quote states which method and payment schedule apply.

4. Custom work and buyer-supplied material

Custom orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 1–3 days after the brief and payment are confirmed. The written quote records the expected dispatch date. Buyers should send reference images, logos, labels or packaging instructions only when they are authorized to use them. NUSFACE may ask for clarification before accepting a custom requirement.

5. Shipping and delivery estimates

Custom orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 1–3 days after the brief and payment are confirmed. Small orders to the United States are typically delivered in 4–7 days after dispatch through FedEx or DHL. These are estimates, and the order confirmation records the applicable production, carrier and destination details.

6. Cancellations, returns and order issues

Cancellation, replacement, return and refund handling must be confirmed in the written quote or order confirmation before payment. Custom orders are reviewed against the confirmed specification and approved reference.

If an order appears different from the written confirmation, contact the sales team promptly with the order reference, a description and clear photos. Do not send a unit back without written return instructions.

7. Website content and acceptable use

NUSFACE owns or is authorized to use the website’s text, design and media unless another source is identified. Content may not be copied, misrepresented or used to suggest an unauthorized relationship with NUSFACE.

We work to keep website information accurate, but availability and order-specific details can change. The accepted written quote or order confirmation controls if it differs from general website content.
